RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Limited partnership interests (“Interests”) sold through selling agents engaged by the General Partner are generally subject to a 2.5% redemption charge for redemptions made prior to the end of the twelfth month following their sale. All redemption charges will be paid to the General Partner. At June 30, 2020 and December 31, 2019, $0 was owed to the General Partner.
