Item 7.01.  Regulation FD Disclosure

On May 21, 2021, Premier Financial Bancorp, Inc. issued a press release announcing a quarterly cash dividend to its common shareholders.  At its regularly scheduled May 2021 meeting, the board of directors declared a $0.15 per share cash dividend to common shareholders.  Shareholders of record on June 15, 2021 will be eligible for the cash dividend which will be paid to shareholders on June 30, 2021.

ANNOUNCES SECOND QUARTER DIVIDEND

PREMIER FINANCIAL BANCORP, INC. (PREMIER), HUNTINGTON, WEST VIRGINIA (NASDAQ/GMS-PFBI) a $2.0 billion financial holding company with two community bank subsidiaries announced today that it will pay a second quarter cash dividend of $0.15 per share on its common stock.  At its regularly scheduled May meeting, the board of directors declared a $0.15 per share dividend to common shareholders of record on June 15, 2021.  The cash dividend will be paid to shareholders on June 30, 2021.
