NOTE 8 – DEPOSITS

At December 31, 2016 the scheduled maturities of time deposits are as follows:

Certain directors and executive officers of the Banks and companies in which they have beneficial ownership were deposit customers of the Banks during 2016 and 2015. The balance of such deposits at December 31, 2016 and 2015 were approximately $7,881 and $6,854.
