Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

RailAmerica, Inc. (the "Company") is furnishing herewith as Exhibit 99.1 certain supplemental unaudited summary financial information and other operating data for quarterly and monthly periods of 2009 reflecting the Ottawa Valley Railway (OVR) as a discontinued operation. As previously described in our press release dated February 24, 2010, in December 2009, the Company received C$73 million gross proceeds upon the termination of its lease of the OVR.
