On October 5, 2020, Korea Electric Power Corporation (“KEPCO”) previously disclosed that the Board of Directors of KEPCO had resolved to hold the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (“EGM”) to elect two standing directors and a standing director as a member of the audit committee on October 26, 2020. As the nominees have not been decided, the date for the EGM will be postponed to a later date but no later than November 9, 2020.

* Details regarding the nominees and the adjusted date of this EGM will be provided in future filings on Form 6-K as soon as specifics are finalized.
