On December 8, 2017, KEPCO Mr. Cho, Hwan-Eik, President, Chief Executive Officer and Standing Director of Korea Electric Power Corporation (“KEPCO”), resigned from his position. Pursuant to KEPCO’s articles of incorporation, Mr. Kim, Si-Ho, current Executive Vice President of Domestic Operations and Standing Director of KEPCO, will serve as the interim President and Chief Executive Officer.
