Announcement of Korea Electric Power Corporation (“KEPCO”)’s non-consolidated results of operation for the first nine months of 2009 is rescheduled to November 4, 2009.

In addition, KEPCO plans to announce the unaudited and preliminary combined estimates for the results of operation for KEPCO and its six generating subsidiaries (“GENCOs”) for the first nine months of 2009 on November 10, 2009.
