On March 13, 2012, The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (Company) announced that the Federal Reserve did not object to the Company’s proposed capital actions through the first quarter of 2013, including the repurchase of outstanding common stock and a potential increase in the Company’s quarterly common stock dividend.
