(11) Employee Benefit Plan

The Company has a savings plan available to substantially all salaried employees which is intended to qualify as a deferred compensation plan under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code (the “401(k) Plan”). Pursuant to the 401(k) Plan, employees may contribute up to 15% of their eligible compensation, up to the maximum amount allowed by law. The Company at its sole discretion may from time to time make discretionary matching contributions as it deems advisable. The Company’s current policy is to match its employee’s contributions to the 401(k) Plan at the rate of 50%, with the maximum matching contribution per employee being the lower of 2.5% of salary or $6,250 in any calendar year. For the years ended March 31, 2013 and 2012, the Company made discretionary contributions of approximately $208,000 and $183,000, respectively.
