Dividends	12. Dividends During the six months ended June 30, 2025, the Company’s Board of Directors have declared two quarterly cash dividends on its Class A Common Stock. These dividends totaling $0.50 per share and approximately $3.2 million were paid as of June 30, 2025. During the six months ended June 30, 2024, the Company’s Board of Directors declared two quarterly cash dividends and a variable dividend on its Class A Common Stock. These dividends totaling $1.10 per share and approximately $6.9 million were paid during 2024. Additionally, $12.5 million was paid in 2024, relating to the special dividend declared in December 2023. The Company currently intends to declare regular quarterly cash dividends as well as variable dividends in accordance with the terms of its variable dividend policy. The Company may also declare special dividends and implementation of stock buybacks in future periods. The declaration and payment of any future dividend, whether fixed, special, or based on the variable policy, or the implementation of any stock buyback program will remain at the full discretion of the Board and will depend on the Company’s financial results, cash requirements, future expectations, and other pertinent factors.
