On April 12, 2017, FuelCell Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Jennifer Arasimowicz, the Company’s former Vice President, Managing Counsel, was promoted to the position of Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary effective as of April 6, 2017.
