Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Subsequent Events Subsequent to quarter end, on May 14, 2015, the Company's subsidiary, FuelCell Energy Finance, LLC closed on its first drawdown under the Loan Agreement with NRG. Principal borrowed was $3.3 million. The term of this loan is up to five years but may be repaid early should the project be sold or refinanced at the option of the Company. The interest rate is 8.5 percent per annum for construction-period financing and 8.0 percent thereafter. Refer also to Note 12 for more background on the Company’s debt agreement with NRG.
