Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year

On October 31, 2019, the Board of Directors of Western Asset Managed Municipals Fund Inc. (the “Fund”) amended and restated in its entirety the bylaws of the Fund (the “Amended and Restated Bylaws”). The Amended and Restated Bylaws were deemed effective October 31, 2019 and are attached hereto as an Exhibit and are incorporated herein by reference.
