     George Paz,  Senior Vice President and Chief  Financial  Officer of Express
Scripts,  Inc., will be speaking at the Banc of America  Securities  Health Care
conference  being held March 29, 2001,  at the Four Seasons  Hotel in Las Vegas,
Nevada.  Mr.  Paz will be  speaking  on March 29,  2001 at 12:15 p.m.  PST.  The
