Treasury Stock Repurchases	9. Treasury Stock Repurchases On August 18, 2022, we entered into an accelerated share repurchase agreement ("ASR") with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC ("Goldman Sachs") to repurchase $500 million of the Company's common stock. This accelerated share repurchase was part of the $3.0 billion share repurchase program authorized by our Board of Directors in February 2022. On August 22, 2022, we received an initial delivery of 11.8 million shares of common stock, representing 80% of the total shares that were expected to be repurchased under the ASR.
