Subsequent Event	7. Subsequent Event On October 11, 2011, our Board of Directors approved an increase to our fuel factor adjustment rate, resulting in an increase to our total energy rate of approximately 4.8%, effective October 1, 2011. This increase was implemented due to the changes in our realized as well as projected energy costs.
