Dispositions	DISPOSITIONS In January 2019, Stratus sold a retail pad subject to a ground lease located in the Circle C community for $3.2 million. Stratus used a portion of the proceeds from the sale to repay $2.5 million of its Comerica Bank credit facility borrowings and, after adjustments recorded in the second and third quarters of 2019, recorded a gain on this sale totaling $2.0 million for the first nine months of 2019.

The entire disclosure related to a disposal group. Includes, but is not limited to, a discontinued operation, disposal classified as held-for-sale or disposed of by means other than sale or disposal of an individually significant component.
