(b) Director Resignation

On May 5, 2010, Douglas Timmerman announced his retirement from the Board of Directors of Anchor BanCorp Wisconsin Inc. (the “Company”), effective May 5, 2010. Mr. Timmerman’s resignation was not due to any dispute or disagreement with the Company and/or its board or management.
