Bradley; (c) 42,709 shares held in the individual retirement account for Melinda Bradley; (d) 12,585 shares held in accounts owned by the adult children of Adam J. Bradley and Melinda Bradley, over which Adam J. Bradley exercises investment discretion. (3) Adam J. Bradley may be deemed to beneficially own all 382,016 shares reported herein by virtue of his direct ownership, his control of AJB Capital, and his investment discretion over certain accounts, including those held by his adult children. (4) Melinda Bradley may be deemed to beneficially own 342,722 shares, consisting of (i) 300,186 shares held by AJB Investment Fund II, LP, over which she shares voting and dispositive power as a managing member of AJB Capital, the fund's investment manager, and (ii) 42,536 shares held in her individual retirement account. Melinda Bradley does not exercise investment discretion over the 12,585 shares held in accounts owned by the adult children and therefore is not deemed to beneficially own such securities.
