Stock-based Compensation	Stock-based compensation All stock-based compensation is recognized as an expense in the financial statements and such costs are measured at the fair value of the award. No options were granted during the years ended August 31, 2020 and 2019 and there were no options outstanding on August 31, 2020 or 2019.
