In June 2011, the Financial Accounting Standards Board (“FASB”) issued Accounting Standards Update (“ASU”) No. 2011-05, Presentation of Comprehensive Income, which requires the presentation of comprehensive income in either a continuous statement of comprehensive income or in two separate but consecutive statements. ASU No. 2011-05 is effective for fiscal years and interim periods within those fiscal years, beginning on or after December 15, 2011 and requires retrospective application. The Company adopted this ASU on January 1, 2012, and included separate condensed consolidated statements of comprehensive income (loss).
