On April 1, 2019, Tailored Brands, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share on the Company’s common stock, payable on June 28, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 18, 2019.
