Restructuring and Related Activities Disclosure [Text Block]	Restructuring Charges In the third quarter of 2014, we reorganized our selling and corporate infrastructure, resulting in a reduction in workforce of 61 employees. The $2.8 million restructuring charge is presented as a separate line item on our statements of income and is comprised of one-time employee termination benefits and other associated costs. We have $2.1 million accrued for the restructuring charges as of September 30, 2014.
