Income Tax Disclosure [Text Block]	Income Taxes: Income taxes were accrued at an estimated effective tax rate of 31% and 34% in the first half of 2013 and 2012, respectively. The effective tax rate differs from that computed at the federal statutory rate of 35% principally because of the effect of foreign and state income taxes, tax credits, deductions for domestic production activities and discrete tax items, including th extension of the federal research and development credit for the 2012 tax year.
