On May 13, 2020, USA Truck Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that due to the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 virus, it is converting its Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held on Thursday, May 21, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Central Time to virtual only participation. A copy of the press release is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
