Operating Leases of Lessor Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 5 – LEASE RECEIVABLES During the fourth quarter of 2012, the Company began entering into lease-purchase agreements with certain drivers to allow them the opportunity to purchase a Company-owned tractor while concurrently becoming an independent contractor. At June 30, 2013, the Company had entered into 22 such agreements and had approximately $1.2 million included in Other Accounts Receivable in the accompanying Consolidated Balance Sheet. The Company believes these receivables are adequately collateralized; however, it has recorded an allowance for uncollectability in the approximate amount of $65,000 to cover any expenses it would incur in the event of a default.
