Subsequent Events [Text Block]	19. Subsequent Events On February 15, 2013, the Company’s Board of Directors appointed John M. Simone as the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer and appointed Mr. Simone to the Board of Directors. Clifton R. Beckham stepped down from his position as the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer and from his position on the Board of Directors. Concurrently, Mr. Beckham was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

On February 15, 2013, the Company’s Board of Directors appointed John M. Simone as the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer and appointed Mr. Simone to the Board of Directors. Clifton R. Beckham stepped down from his position as the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer and from his position on the Board of Directors. Concurrently, Mr. Beckham was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
