On December 30, 2009, Mr. Michael W. Lowe resigned from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Crescent Banking Company (the “Company”) and the Board of Crescent Bank & Trust (the “Bank”). Mr. Lowe’s decision to resign from the Company Board and the Bank Board was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s or the Bank’s operations, policies or practices.
