Subsequent Event	20. Subsequent Event On January 26, 2015, the Company announced an agreement to acquire a majority interest in ETF Issuer Solutions (“ETFis”), a New York City-based company that operates a platform for listing, operating, and distributing exchange-traded funds. The transaction is expected to close in March 2015. On February 18, 2015, the Company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.45 per common share to be paid on May 13, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 30, 2015.
