Series B Convertible Preferred Stock	15. Series B Convertible Preferred Stock On January 6, 2012, pursuant to an agreement with BMO, BMO’s 35,217 shares of the Series B converted into 1,349,300 shares of the Company’s common stock. As a result of this conversion, all of the shares of Series B have been retired.
