Restructuring and Severance	12. Restructuring and Severance During 2012 and 2011, the Company recorded restructuring charges of $1.6 million and $2.0 million, respectively, related to headcount reductions and consolidation activities. During 2010, the Company recorded restructuring charges of $1.6 million relating to headcount reductions and lease abandonments. These restructuring and severance charges have been included within restructuring and severance expenses in the accompanying Consolidated Statements of Operations. Total unpaid severance and related charges as of December 31, 2012 was $0.6 million.

12. Restructuring and Severance
