Retirement Savings Plan	14. Retirement Savings Plan The Company sponsors a defined contribution 401(k) retirement plan (the "401(k) Plan") covering all employees who meet certain age and service requirements. Employees may contribute a percentage of their eligible compensation into the 401(k) Plan, subject to certain limitations imposed by the Internal Revenue Code (the "Code"). The Company matches employees' contributions at a rate of 100% of employees' contributions up to the first 3.0% and 50.0% of the next 2.0% of the employees' compensation contributed to the 401(k) Plan. The Company's matching contributions were $1.6 million, $1.1 million and $1.1 million in 2011, 2010 and 2009, respectively.
