Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On July 4, 2020, two wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company entered into an agreement with Allianz Global Investors U.S. LLC and Allianz Global Investors Distributors LLC (collectively, "AllianzGI") allowing the Company to be the investment adviser, distributor and/or administrator of certain AllianzGI's open-end, closed-end and retail separate account assets. The agreement is subject to the approval of the AllianceGI U.S. Funds Board and fund shareholders and is expected to close near year-end 2020.
