Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On October 27, 2016, the Company entered into and completed a Stock Purchase Agreement with Bank of Montreal Holdings Inc. (“BMO”) to purchase 1,727,746 shares of the Company’s common stock at a price of $93.50 per share for a total purchase price of $161.5 million.
