various dates through fiscal year 2016.  Rent expense related to operating leases was approximately $227,000, $216,000, and $197,000 for the years ended June 30, 2013, 2012 and 2011, respectively.  On September 9, 2010, the Company entered into a new lease agreement with our current landlord, covering the same square footage, for a period of seventy-two months, effective August 1, 2010.     Future
