The Company does not have any material tax positions that did not meet a “more-likely-than-not” recognition threshold. As such, the Company has not recorded any liabilities for uncertain tax positions. During fiscal 2013, there have been no material changes to the amount of uncertain tax positions.
The Company recognizes interest and penalties related to income tax deficiencies or assessments by taxing authorities for any underpayment of income taxes separately from income tax expenses as interest expense and other operating expenses, respectively.
For federal and state tax purposes, the Company is subject to review of its fiscal 2010 through fiscal 2013 tax returns.
