Shareholders' Equity and Share-based Payments [Text Block]	Note 5 — Stockholders’ Equity In August 2013, the Company completed a public offering of 4,600 shares of its common stock at a price of $4.40 per share, which included the underwriters’ over-allotment allocation of an additional 600 shares. Net proceeds were approximately $18,500 after deducting underwriting discounts and offering expenses. In June 2014, the Company completed a public offering of 11,500 shares of its common stock at a price of $10.00 per share, which included the shares purchased pursuant to the underwriters’ option to purchase 1,500 shares. Net proceeds were approximately $106,600 after deducting underwriting discounts and offering expenses.
