Subsequent Event	SUBSEQUENT EVENT The American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012, which was enacted on January 2, 2013, extends the Federal research tax credit retroactively for two years from January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2013. There will be no impact to the income tax provision for the enactment in the quarter ending March 31, 2013 due to the Company's valuation allowance recorded against its US deferred tax assets.
