On May 2, 2011, PowerSecure International, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the Company), issued a press release announcing that the Company will present at the JMP Securities Research Conference (the Conference) being held at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in San Francisco, California on May 11, 2011 at 8:30 a.m., Pacific Time (11:30 a.m., Eastern Time).
