We held a total of 378 positions as of March 31, 2015 and 468 positions as of December 31, 2014 that were in an unrealized loss position. The unrealized losses were immaterial both individually and in aggregate. We did not record any other-than-temporary impairments on these securities as of March 31, 2015, because we do not intend to sell these securities nor do we believe that we will be required to sell them before they recover their amortized costs at maturity.
