Subsequent Events [Text Block]	20. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In March 2012 through the filing of this annual report, we repurchased an aggregate of 113,600 shares of our common stock in the open market pursuant to our board-approved stock repurchase program for approximately $1.0 million.
