The results of discontinued operations for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2014 and 2013 reflect ongoing administration and resolution of residual liabilities associated with the sale of our PGiSend messaging business. These liabilities were not assumed by the purchaser, EasyLink Services International Corporation, or EasyLink, in 2010.
