On August 1, 2019, Kurt MacAlpine notified WisdomTree Investments, Inc. (the “Company”) of his intent to resign from his position as Global Head of Distribution to accept alternative employment, effective August 31, 2019. Mr. MacAlpine confirmed that his intended resignation is not related to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
