The Company had no

available-for-sale

debt securities at June 30, 2019 and December 31, 2018. During the three and six months ended June 30, 2018, the Company received $4,000 and $64,498, respectively, of proceeds from the sale and maturity of

available-for-sale

securities and recognized gross realized losses of $23 and $739, respectively. Those losses were reclassified out of accumulated other comprehensive income and into the Consolidated Statements of Operations.
