Employee Benefit Plans	7. Employee Benefit Plans The Company has a 401(k) savings plan covering all eligible employees in which the Company can make discretionary contributions from its profits. For the three months ended March 31, 2014 and 2013 the Company made discretionary contributions in the amount of $285 and $162 respectively.
