Related Party Transactions Disclosure	RELATED PARTIES    The Company has a minority equity interest in Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited (“TAFE”), which manufactures and sells Massey Ferguson-branded equipment primarily in India, and also supplies tractors and components to the Company for sale in other markets. On October 15, 2020, TAFE repurchased 461,000 shares of its common stock from the Company for approximately $33.9 million, resulting in an approximate remaining 20.7% ownership interest. Mallika Srinivasan, who is the Chairman and Managing Director of TAFE, is currently a member of the Company’s Board of Directors.
