The 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of the Company was held on October 26, 2023. A total of 138,986,923 (or approximately 65.9%) of the Company's shares issued, outstanding and entitled to vote at the 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders were represented in person or by proxy at the meeting.
