Subsequent Events In connection with the Loan Agreement, the Company provided evidence to the lender of positive 3-month interim results with respect to the OUS Clinical Trial and on July 15, 2015 we received the final $1,000,000 drawdown of funds from the third tranche. The third tranche borrowing is repayable in interest only payments until August 1, 2016 and then 30 equal installments of principal and interest at a rate of 6.56% per annum. On July 22, 2015, the Company’s stockholders approved an amendment to the 2013 Plan increasing the number of shares of common stock authorized for awards under the 2013 Plan from 3,111,587 shares to a total of 10,100,000 shares.
