Note 8 – Subsequent Events

Management has evaluated events occurring between April 30, 2016 and July 14, 2016, the date that the financial statements were available to be issued, and has recognized in the financial statements the effects of all subsequent events that provide additional evidence about conditions that existed at July 14, 2016, including the estimates inherent in the processing of the financial statements.

On May 19, 2016, the company issued 1,666,667 shares of common stock to Premier Venture, LLC.
