Note 4 - Contingent Liabilities

The Company has a note payable with a former employee.  The note is related to unpaid wages associated with a store in California.  The balance of this payable at October 31, 2013 and 2012 was $37,574 and $8,008, respectively.

In July 2013, the employee filed a claim with the State of California for unpaid wages.  The State of California has placed a judgment against the Company for $37,574.  The Company has presently recorded the amount they believe is owed to this former employee and is disputing the amount with State of California.  However, due to additional circumstances, Management believes it would be prudent to show the full balance owing as of October 31, 2013.

As of the date the financial statements were issued, May 16, 2013, there had been no development in the case and the Company was still in the process of retaining an attorney to represent them.
